👹 This action requires access to your mailbox from the email linked to your HYGO account. To reset your password from the HYGO application, follow the steps below.
Open your HYGO application and click on the ‘Login with email’ button.
Click on ‘Forgot password’ if we do not recognise your login details.
You will be redirected to a new page. Enter the email address by which you created your HYGO account, the same as in the previous step.
Then click on ‘Send reset link’ and go to the mailbox corresponding to the e-mail you entered.
Once you're in your inbox, open the email from [email protected] entitled ‘HYGO: Reset your password’ and click on the activation link.
