Welcome to HYGO Agrometeo+, our free version. In this tutorial, we'll guide you through all the features.
1) The HYGO weather forecast
You'll find the 5-day forecast on your main screen.
Click on the day you want, and the weather forecast will be displayed hour by hour.
At the top right, click on the Radar and rain cloud icon.
You can view the rainfall with a history from 30 minutes before to 2 hours after.
2) Create a treatment
Click on ‘New treatment’ on the home page of your application.
Enter your product by writing the first letters and click on the corresponding one.
If a product is missing, click on ‘I can't find my product’ and we will quickly take your request into account.
Depending on the product you enter, application advice may suggest different actions.
For example, if you click on ‘Add ammonium sulphate’, an explanatory message will appear.
You may be asked to acidify your spray mixture by adding a pH, but this function is reserved for Hygo Premium users.
You can enter other products in your tank for a multi-mode spray mixture by clicking on ‘Add a product to the mixture’. Click on ‘Confirm my tank’.
Your treatment now appears on your home screen with the 5-day forecast. You can pin up to 5 treatments to your screen.
In the premium version you can :
- View the registered rate and change it to your use rate
- View registered uses by crop
- Consult the manufacturer's instructions
- Pin up to 10 treatments in your Forecast screen
3) View application slots
Once you have created a treatment, click on one of the days of the week.
This is the most important screen on which you can make your planning decisions.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen to view the conditions by time slot.
The colour code gives you a visual indication of conditions:
Dark green: Excellent conditions
Light green: Good conditions
Yellow: Moderate conditions
Red: Poor conditions
You have access to weather conditions and specific conditions.
The main risks on a slot are directly highlighted during the selection.
Finally, by clicking on +Details, you can consult the parameters that determine the conditions of a slot:
Drift
Temperature
Hygometry
Leaching
Thermal amplitude
In the premium version you can :
- See the dose modulation potential for herbicides and fungicides calculated in relation to :
-- Application windows,
-- your tank, equipment, soil type, and many other criteria
- Plan your spraying operations with :
-- Calculation of the doses in your tank and the order of incorporation
-- Spatial weather forecast at plot level
- Real-time monitoring with a GPS tracker
- Sending of operations to SMAG and Geofolia & clear export for traceability purposes
-Access to advanced parameters
In the three blue dots to the right of the treatment you can :
Modify the treatment: you can update the treatment
View regulatory information: this information varies depending on the crop and target - In the premium version
Add a treatment that has already been carried out: a treatment created in a previous time slot will be directly recorded as having been carried out - In the premium version
Delete the treatment: if you delete a treatment, the associated scheduled operations are also deleted (confirmation required).
